My reason for choosing the Eureka BLAZE 3-in-1 was pretty simple. I wanted a lightweight and maneuverable vacuum cleaner that could do it all, but I wasn’t willing to pay over the odds for an overpriced cordless. The Eureka NES210 seemed like the perfect compromise, with a decent range of features at an affordable price.
I checked out a bunch of reviews and found mostly positive feedback, so I headed to Amazon and placed my order from the day the machine arrived at my door, I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Is it the most powerful 3-in-1 on the market? No. Is it quite as convenient as a cordless? Of course not.
But does it deliver on its promises and represent exceptional value for money? Yes – big time! Both on the hardwood and carpeted floors alike, the Eureka BLAZE 3-in-1 Vacuum cleaner is an absolute breeze to use. It gets to work on everyday dirt and grime, it’s easy to maintain, and it’s nowhere near as noisy as my previous vacuum cleaner.
The only slight criticism is the positioning of the power button, but that’s just my personal thoughts – hardly the end of the world!
Features of the Eureka NES210
Like I said, I was looking for a simple yet versatile vacuum cleaner capable of doing it all. My home isn’t exactly huge, but also isn’t the easiest to vacuum. I couldn’t wait to replace my heavy and cumbersome upright with something easier to handle, which in the case of the Eureka NES210 BLAZE 3-in-1 Vacuum ships as follows:
- Product Dimensions – 6 x 10 x 44 inches
- Item Weight – 3.97 pounds
- Shipping Weight – 4.9 pounds
A big improvement on my previous machine, doing my back (and my sanity) a world of good from day one. As for the rest of its features and functionalities, the Eureka BLAZE lightweight vacuum cleaner boasts a long list of selling-points which include the following:
3-in-1 Convenience
The Eureka BLAZE 3-in-1 swivel lightweight stick vacuum is quick and easy to transform from a stick vacuum into a handheld vacuum cleaner and a special vacuum for stairs. All of which is delightfully lightweight and easy to use, making it great to put to work all around the home.
Powerful Suction
If you’ve experienced a dustbuster that lacks the power needed to pick up anything larger than a grain of salt, you’ll know how frustrating it can be. This was my biggest concern with the Eureka NES210 Swivel Vacuum, but it turned out to be unfounded. It’s a powerful and capable piece of kit that deals with even the biggest particles, rather than just shoving them around the room.
Swivel Steering
It took me a handful of goes to get used to the Eureka BLAZE 3-in-1’s swivel steering, after which I have no idea how it got by without it. Brilliant for getting under tables, bed, chairs and so on, without having to completely rearrange your furniture.
Long Power Cord
It might not be quite as convenient as a cordless, but the cord measures 18-feet in length and are more than enough to reach around bigger rooms with ease. Plus there’s no recharging necessary and no chance of the battery running dry.
Quality Hand Vacuum
I’ve actually found myself using the hand vacuum more than the stick itself, which is brilliant for grabbing and dealing with spills and spots as soon as they happen. It’s also great for keeping the car, floors area rugs and low pile carpets nice and clean.
Convenient Crevice Tool
Stick the crevice attachment onto the handheld, and you’ve got the perfect tool to get into even the most difficult and awkward places around the home. It’s particularly useful for vacuuming down the back of the couch and under the more awkward pieces of furniture.
Stair Cleaning
If you’ve got stairs around the home, the Eureka NES210 Blaze 3-in-1 lightweight stick vacuum is an absolute godsend. The dedicated stair vacuum makes it quick and easy to tackle the entire staircase, without breaking your back in the process!
Pet Hair and Allergies
The Eureka BLAZE NES210 lacks a motorized brush, so technically isn’t designed with flawless elimination of pet hair in mind. Nevertheless, we’ve got a hyperactive German shepherd at home and found this vacuum is more than capable of dealing with his various messes.
I’m not entirely sure what kind of filter the device uses, but we’ve never experienced any problems with dust or allergies. I do know, however, that the filter is washable, so it’s perfect for keeping the air around the home fresh and clean as you use it.

Final Thoughts
On the whole, I’m completely satisfied with the Eureka NES210 BLAZE 3-in-1 Dustbuster and would happily recommend it to anyone. It may lack some of the convenience of a cordless but nonetheless makes up for it in other areas.
Two examples of which being its superior power to many cordless devices and the fact that it isn’t nearly as expensive! I’ve been running the Eureka NES210 Blaze 3-in-1 Swivel Lightweight Stick Vacuum Cleaner for around a month now and have no cause for complaints.
We’re using it as our primary vacuum cleaner, but it could also make a great secondary device for use in larger properties. While ever it’s available for such a low price, the Eureka BLAZE 3-in-1 is a bargain that’s well worth checking out.

Jon Wells says
I mostly agree, with a few exceptions. I found the power cord much too short, and replaced it with a much longer one. The power on button is located such that it easily catches on things such as operating under a bed, and shuts off. It needs a shield.
The latch that holds the dust compartment just barely engages with the part that secures it- less than 1/8 inch – and comes apart unexpectedly from time to time.
